Just Meatloaf Recipes

 

Zesty Meatloaf

1 1/2 Lbds ground chuck
1/2 lb Sausage; (regular)
1 ts Salt
1/4 ts Salt
1/4 ts Pepper
1 Egg; (slightly beaten)
1 tb Worchestershire sauce
1 md Size onion; chopped
1 1/2 c Bread crumbs
1/3 cn Diced Ro*Tel Tomaotes and green chilies

Optional
1 ts Accent

Mix together in a large bowl:

Form into loaf. Put in loaf pan. pour remaining RO*TEL on top. Bake in 350 oven for 1 hour.
