Tangy Glazed Meatloaf 1 lb Turkey, ground, lean
1/4 c Bread crumbs
1/3 c Milk
1 Onion, chopped, small
1 pn Salt
1 pn Pepper
1/2 ts Poultry seasoning
2 tb Catsup
Glaze
3 tb Sugar, brown
1/4 c Catsup
1/4 ts Nutmeg
1 ts Mustard, dry OR A-1 poultry sauce
Combine breadcrumbs and milk in a bowl. Add turkey, egg, onion, seasonings and catsup. Mix well and pat into a small meatloaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Combine glaze ingredients and spoon over meatloaf. Bake 20 additional minutes.
