Southwestern Meatloaf

2 lb Chopped beef
1 pk Lipton Recipe Secret Onion Soup Mix
2 c Crushed corn flakes; or, bran flakes (about 3 oz)
1 1/2 c Whole kernel corn frozen or canned, drained
1 Green pepper; diced
2 Eggs
3/4 c Water
1/3 c Ketchup
Salsa

Preheat oven to 350 deg.

In large bowl, combine all ingredients. In a large shallow baking pan, shape into loaf. Bake 1-1/2 hours or until done. Serve with prepared salsa

Can also use Onion-Mushroom or Beefy Onion Soup Mix.
