Something Different On A Budget Meatloaf

1/4 lb Ground Chicken
1/4 lb Ground Pork
1/4 lb Ground Beef
1/4 c Milk
2 Eggs, lightly beaten
1/2 c Bread crumbs
1/2 c Honey
Pepper
Salt

Glaze
2 tb Hot Mustard
1 ts Garlic, crushed
1/4 c Apricot Jam

Mix chicken, pork, beef, eggs, bread crumbs, milk, honey and salt and pepper. Shape into a loaf and put in pan. Mix glaze ingredients together and spread over top of loaf. Sprinkle with additional bread crumbs. Bake in 325o oven for 1-1/2 hours.
