2/3 c Milk
1 tb Mustard
1 1/2 ts Salt
1/4 ts Pepper
1/2 ts Dried basil
1/4 ts Dried thyme leaves, crumbled
1 Onion, chpd
1/2 c Celery, chpd w/leaves
1/4 c Parsley, chpd
2 lb Ground beef
