Potato Meatloaf

1 lb Potatoes, peeled, grated, rinsed and drained
1 Egg, beaten
1 tb Worcestershire sauce
2 ts Soy sauce
1 ts Salt
1/2 ts Pepper
1/2 ts Garlic powder
1 lb Lean ground beef

Preheat oven to 350F.

Combine ingredients and bake in a loaf pan an hour, until no pink remains.
