Louisiana Meatloaf Meatloaf:
1 1/2 To 2 lbs ground beef
1 Egg
6 Crackers
1/2 ts Salt
1/2 c Chopped onions
1 sm Can tomato sauce
Sauce:
3 tb Oleo
2 ts Chili powder
1 sm Onion chopped
2 ts Mustard
1 ts Salt
3 tb Vinegar
3 tb Worcestershire sauce
2 cn Tomato sauce
2 cn Water
Mix meatloaf ingredients together. Shape firmly into loaf shape.
Place in shallow baking pan or dish. Bake for 1 hour at 375 degrees.
Sauce: Bring to a boil. Pour over meat. Keep basting with sauce
every
15 minutes.
