Meatloaf 2 Eggs-beaten
3/4 c Milk
1/2 c Bread crumbs
1/4 c Onions-chopped
2 tb Parsley
1 ts Salt
1/2 ts Sage-ground
1/8 ts Pepper
1 1/2 lb Ground beef
Glaze:
1/4 c Ketchup
2 tb Brown sugar
1 ts Dry mustard
In a bowl, mix eggs and milk -- stir. Add bread crumbs, onion,
parsley, salt, sage and pepper --stir. Add beef and mix thoroughly.
Mold and set in glass oven dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
Combine all ingredients for glaze and spread over top of meatloaf.
Bake for another 10 minutes.
