Beef Meatloaf 1 lb Beef chuck; ground
2 Eggs; slightly beaten
1 c Soft bread crumbs
1/3 c Onion; minced
1/4 c Green pepper; minced
3 ts Horseradish
2 ts Salt
1/2 ts Dry mustard
2 tb Milk
2 tb Catchup
3 tb Fat or drippings
1/4 c Water
Fold in eggs with the ground beef. Add bread crumbs, onion, and green
pepper, mixing gently. Stir in horseradish, salt, mustard, milk, and
catchup. Shape into loaf. Brown well on all sides in melted dripping
in cooker. Brush top of loaf with additional catchup. Cool cooker a
few minutes before adding water to prevent evaporation. Pressure cook
at 15 lbs. pressure for 15 minutes. Reduce pressure immediately.
