Cajun Meatloaf 1 lb Lean ground beef
1/2 c Onion; chopped
1/2 c Celery; chopped
1/2 c Bell pepper; chopped
1/2 c Bread crumbs
2 Egg whites
1 tb Worcestershire sauce
1/2 ts Black pepper
1/2 ts Ground cumin
1/4 ts Ground red pepper
Preheat oven to 350. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Use your
hands to mix until ingredients are will combined. Shape meat mixture into a
loaf and place in a shallow baking pan. Bake, uncovered, for 45 minutes or
until no longer pink. Let stand 5 minutes. Drain off fat and remove loaf
from pan. Pat loaf dry with paper towels and cut into 6 slices.
