Meatloaf Italian Style 16 oz Can tomatoes
2 lb Lean beef round -- trimmed Of fat -- ground
2 Onions -- chopped
1/2 To 1 clove garlic; minced
Or 1/8 t. garlic powder
1 ts Salt
2 ts Dried oregano
Drain tomatoes, reserving liquid. Chop tomatoes; mix thoroughly with
remaining ingredients. Shape into a loaf. Place on rack in baking
pan. Bake at 350 one hour, basting frequently with reserved tomato
juice.
