Meatloaf 2/3 c Dry bread crumbs
1 1/2 lb Ground meat
1/4 c Onion; chopped or grated
1 c Sweet milk
2 Eggs; well beaten
1 ts Salt
6 tb Brown sugar
2 ts Dry mustard
1/2 c Catsup
Soak bread crumbs in milk. Add meat, onion, eggs and salt. Put in baking
dish. Make a topping by mixing the sugar, mustard, and catsup. Pour over
meat loaf and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
