Carey Brothers Meatloaf (With Fat)

2 lb Ground beef
2 c Seasoned bread crumbs
1 Yellow onion - minced
1 pk Frozen spinach - squeezed dry and chopped
3 Eggs
1/4 c Olive oil
Salt and pepper

Combine all ingredients. Place in loaf pan and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
