Slow Cooker Meatloaf 1 lb Lean ground beef
1 Egg
1/3 c Oatmeal
3 tb Onion soup mix
1/4 c Ketchup
Combine beef,egg, 3 tb ketchup, soup mix and shape into meatloaf. Place in crockpot and top with remaining ketchup. Cover and cook 8-10 hours.
