County Meatloaf 1 ea Egg
1 cn Cream of celery soup -- 10 3/4 Oz Undiluted
1/2 ts Pepper
1 Box stuffing -- corn bread mix
1 1/2 lb Ground beef, extra lean
1/2 lb Ground veal -- ground
1/4 lb Ground pork
In a large bowl, beat egg. Add soup, pepper and stuffing mix. Combine beef, veal and pork; add to egg mixture and mix well. Press into a 9x5x3 inch loaf pan. Bake at 350 deg. for 1 1/2 hrs. or until no pink remains. Drain. Yield: 8 to 10 servings.
