Swedish Meat Loaf 1 c Soup, Cream of Mushroom
1 1/2 lb Beef, ground
1 Egg; slightly beaten
1/2 c Bread crumbs, fine dry
1/4 ts Nutmeg, ground
1/2 c Cream, Sour
Mix thoroughly beef, egg, bread crumbs, nutmeg and 1/3 cup of soup. Shape firmly into a loaf shape; place in shallow baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Blend remaining soup and sour cream. Heat; stir now and then. Serve this sauce over the meat loaf; sprinkle with additional nutmeg. Garnish with cucumber slices.
