Meatloaf 1 lb Ground beef
1 1/4 c Uncooked Quaker Oats
2 ts Salt
1/2 ts Celery salt
1/4 ts Black pepper
1 Well beaten egg
1/3 c Catsup
1 1/4 c Milk
2 tb Chopped onion
Combine all ingredients thoroughly & pack into a loaf pan. Bake at 350 for
1 hour. Slice & serve warm or cold. (For added taste, top with strips of
lean bacon). Serves 6-8. Variation: To 1-1/2 lbs ground beef, substitute
3/4 cup Pepperidge Farm Dressing for the uncooked oats.
