Spicy Meatloaf 2 lb 93% lean ground beef
2 Eggs
1 Onion, chopped
1 Carrot, shredded
6 oz Spicy v-8 vegetable juice
1 Clove garlic
1 ts Lawry's seasoned salt
1/2 ts Crushed red pepper
1/4 c Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c Rolled oats
Preheat oven to 375-degrees F.
Mix all ingredients well. I like to place the mixture in a 9-inch
glass pie plate, forming a pie-shaped mound.
Bake for about 1 hour to 1 hour 15 minutes.
