Meat Loaf

1 1/2 lb Ground beef
1 c Stove Top chicken flavor Stuffing Mix
1/2 c Water
1/4 c Catsup-divided
1 Egg-beaten

Mix all ingredients except 2 tablespoons catsup. Shape meat mixture into a loaf baking dish; top with the remaining 2 tablespoons catsup. Bake at 375 degrees F for 40 to 45 minutes.
