Soft, Moist Meatloaf

3 c Soft white bread cubes
1 lg Egg
2/3 c Milk
1 tb Mustard
1 1/2 ts Salt
1/4 ts Pepper
1/2 ts Dried basil
1/4 ts Dried thyme leaves, crumbled
1 Onion, chopped
1/2 c Celery, chopped with leaves
1/4 c Parsley, chopped
2 lb Ground beef

Mix; bake in loaf pan, 350 F, 55 mins.
