Italian Meat Loaf 1 ea - egg, beaten
1 1/2 ea - lb ground beef
1 ea - 8 oz can pizza sauce
3/4 ea - cup (3 oz) Velveeta Shredded Pasteurized Process Cheese food
3/4 ea - cup old fashioned or quick oats, uncooked
1/4 ea - cup cold water
1/2 ea - tsp dried oregano leaves, crushed
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except 1/4 cup of the sauce; mix lightly. Shape into a loaf in a 10 x 6" baking dish. Bake @ 350 degrees for 1 hour. Top with remaining sauce. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving. Makes 6 servings.
