Fiesta Meatloaf 1/2 c Chopped onion
1/2 c Chopped celery
1/4 c Chopped green pepper
1 tb Vegetable oil
1 cn Heinz Chili Sauce (12 oz)
1 1/2 lb Lean ground beef
1 c Soft bread crumbs (add more bread crumbs, to taste)
1 Egg, slightly beaten
2 tb Heinz Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 ts Salt
1/8 ts Pepper
Saute onion, celery and green pepper in oil until vegetables are
tender; stir in chili sauce. Combine 1/2 cup vegetable sauce mixture
with ground beef, bread crumbs, egg, Worcestershire Sauce, salt and
pepper. Shape into a loaf (8x4x1-1/2") in shallow baking pan. Bake in
350'F. oven, 1 hour. Let stand 5 minutes before slicing. Serve
remaining sauce, cold or heated, over meat loaf.
